White Properties offer a complete service to property owners.

White Properties is one of Scotland's foremost property companies. Established more than 12 years ago, we combine experience with an innovative approach to everything we do. Our long-standing reputation for quality service and strong client relationships drives the three sectors that make up White Properties - Property Development, Property Management and Residential Lettings. Together, we provide clear and cost-effective property solutions.

Our aim is to be the most efficient and professional management company for privately owned properties in the west of Scotland. In fact, our reputation is second to none. We have established a close working relationship with firms such as Allied Stewart & Williamson, Patten & Prentice, Richard Rob Architects, Cowal Design, Vested Interest Design, Clyde & Forth Press, J O’Tool & Son Builders, Gas Control and Clyde Electrical.

When White Properties was launched in 1997, it was as a purchaser and developer of both residential and commercial freehold property, with an in-house development team who strip, design, refurbish and prepare properties for let. Since then, we have seen huge growth in the equity of our property and with an average occupation rate of 97% per annum, we are able to achieve a stable rental stream for continuing serviceability.

In 2002, we added our Property Management Service for commercial property, offering a comprehensive letting and management service to owners of all types of commercial property, including retail, industrial and office accommodation.

Residential property letting was introduced to our portfolio in 2007 through White Letting, which has grown considerably in a short period of time, establishing an enviable reputation with both landlords and tenants in the process. Later the same year, we launched our residential factoring service, allowing us to offer comprehensive factoring packages for new developments and existing buildings, including the more traditional Scottish tenements.
